Frequently Asked Questions

  • During your physiotherapy session you will receive one-on-one care consisting of a passive and active movement screen. Robert will then decide what treatment is best suited for you. This usually consists of various manual therapy techniques such as soft tissue massage, joint mobilizations, stretching, dry needling, and taping if needed. Robert will then educate you regarding your condition and provide you with a personalized exercise program. Please dress in shorts and a t-shirt/tank so Robert can accurately assess your issue.

  • It is recommended to have an open clear space available for use so Robert can set up his equipment and be able to treat without restriction. Please wear loose fitting clothing when possible, preferably shorts and a t-shirt/tank top.

  • Currently we are able to service most of the downtown core and anywhere nearby the Yonge Subway line from Bloor to Sheppard station. Currently, the hospitals that Robert is able to service are Mount Sinai, St. Michaels, Toronto General, and Sunnybrook. Feel free to inquire to see if Robert can provide service to your location.

  • Parking in Toronto can be an issue sometimes. If you have extra space on your driveway or the street that Robert can temporarily use then that would be great! If you are in a condo or apartment and visitor parking is available then it would be greatly appreciated if it was set up ahead of time for Robert to use. Let Robert know any details regarding parking ahead of time so the he can minimize transportation time and maximize treatment time.

  • Yes we offer direct billing to most major insurance companies. If we are not able to provide direct billing to you then you will still receive an invoice with all the details needed in order to submit the claim to your insurance company.
